I am fully trained, experienced, accredited and insured in hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro linguistic programming – basically the messages we give ourselves), EFT (emotional freedom technique) aromatherapy, massage, Reiki, counselling, nutrition and yoga tuition.

I am a member of FHT (the Federation of Holistic Therapies) the British Wheel of Yoga, The Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship and the General Hypnotherapy Register.
