What is Yoga?

The practice of Yoga helps us move more freely, breathe more fully and relax more completely.

I teach a gentle style of yoga based on hatha principles, which gives us suppleness, strength and well-being for the body plus relaxation for the mind.

I am fully trained and accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga, the largest yoga organization in the UK. I have also trained in Dru Yoga (see links) and am a member of the CYF (Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship).
