Yoga one-to-one classes

I also offer one-to-one yoga in your own home. This could be just a one-off session or on a more regular basis, perhaps with a friend or relative.

This could give you an opportunity for personal tuition – perhaps if you are unsure about taking up yoga or for a specific health problem.

The price would be in the region of £30 + travel and would include a personalised home based programme for you to follow.
